Job Summary
The Data Scientist is tasked with creating predictive models and measurement systems aimed at safeguarding users against spam and misuse on messaging services. This role involves collaboration with various teams to set metrics, carry out A/B tests, and refine classification algorithms, all to improve trust within the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models to identify and mitigate spam and abuse.
- Create measurement frameworks to assess user protection across messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
- Iterate on classification algorithms to continuously enhance trust in the ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics and statistical analysis.
- Strong coding skills with proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies is essential.
