The Senior Product Quality Engineer will own product risk elimination and lead quality activities across the product lifecycle, with a focus on PCBA quality. They will drive cross-functional alignment, manage root cause analysis, and establish quality metrics to ensure reliable product delivery. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in product or manufacturing quality for electronic systems. Proficiency in AS9100 standards, PCBA design, and failure analysis methodologies like FMEA and APQP is required.
