**Senior Project Controls Specialist**
The Senior Project Controls Specialist oversees the cost management system, which encompasses the creation of cost baselines and the ongoing assessment of project performance across its life cycle. Key responsibilities include project forecasting, risk assessment, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Finance, or Business Administration, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma and over 9 years of pertinent experience will also be considered, provided they demonstrate proficiency in project controls software and methodologies.
