Job Summary
The Senior Property Manager is tasked with the supervision of local field operations, which encompasses staff oversight, leasing activities, maintenance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to property management and field activities.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle leasing processes and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
- Lead the team effectively to achieve optimal market performance.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Real Estate License.
- Strong proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication skills and organizational capabilities.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
