Job description

Hunter Recruiting is looking for a **Senior Recruiter** to become part of our expanding team at our new headquarters in Avon, OH. In this role, you will enhance recruiting effectiveness and collaborate closely with both internal and external teams to achieve outstanding recruitment outcomes.

**Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter:**
– Oversee the complete candidate submission process, including managing VMS tools, bill rates, and pay rates.
– Consistently achieve metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Foster a workplace culture that attracts top talent and encourages high-performance teams to excel.
– Mentor and nurture upcoming recruiting leaders within the organization.
– Build robust relationships with clients and engage with key stakeholders.
– Act as a liaison for client inquiries and requirements.
– Collaborate with business development and marketing to devise strategic growth initiatives.
– Excel in recruitment strategies and sourcing for critical roles.
– Ensure recruiting strategies are aligned with business goals.
– Gain trust and establish credibility to offer advice, support, and deliver value across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
– Supervise the utilization of recruiting tools, such as ATS, job boards, and marketing resources.
– Maintain transparent communication regarding recruiting progress, challenges, and successes with executive leadership.
– Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent for a diverse range of positions.
– Continually improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and provide outstanding candidate experiences.

**Requirements for the Senior Recruiter:**
– Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical recruitment role.
– Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Proven ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
– A demonstrated history of delivering profitable results.
– High standard of integrity, accountability, and adherence to compliance.
– Possess a strong sense of urgency and a competitive spirit.
– Good technological proficiency.
