Job Summary
The Logistics Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of supply chain operations by analyzing data and providing actionable insights. This position focuses on optimizing transportation and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement within logistics operations.
- Monitor and evaluate transportation and distribution metrics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and supply chain effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of forecasts and inventory plans to ensure resource availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and logistics management systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with supply chain optimization techniques is preferred.
