In this position, you will be responsible for defining and spearheading research initiatives aimed at advancing Gemini’s features, including enhanced multi-turn interactions, accuracy of information, and effective tool utilization. Your tasks will encompass the design and execution of experiments, which will involve supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning strategies to boost model performance. Ideal candidates will have a PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in guiding a research program. Strong expertise in fundamental ML model development, training of large language models, and a proven history of scientific publications are essential.
