Job description
**Job Title: Backend Services and ML Systems Lead**
In this role, you will spearhead the architecture and deployment of backend services and machine learning-driven systems aimed at improving advertiser interactions and optimizing campaign results. Your responsibilities will include working alongside cross-disciplinary teams to introduce scalable AI technologies, such as large language models (LLMs) and real-time inference systems, into the operational framework. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience or a Master’s degree with at least 6 years in a relevant technical area. Expertise in Python, backend programming languages such as Java or Kotlin, and practical experience with production-level machine learning systems are essential.
