Job Summary
The primary focus of this position is to create, develop, and deploy AI agents aimed at streamlining clinical and operational processes, which encompass tasks such as drafting clinical notes and coordinating care. Furthermore, the role involves the creation of a shared agent infrastructure along with evaluation tools and monitoring systems to maintain operational reliability in a live environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents for automating various clinical and operational tasks.
- Build and maintain the underlying infrastructure for shared agent functionality.
- Develop evaluation harnesses to assess agent performance and reliability.
- Create monitoring tools to ensure sustained operation of agents in production settings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-powered agents in a production environment.
- Familiarity with designing frameworks for evaluating AI agents.
