They also mentor junior legal staff and participate in the organization’s integrated intake process to determine strategic advocacy responses. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Indiana bar or able to obtain admission promptly. Applicants require seven or more years of litigation experience, with substantial expertise in federal constitutional and civil rights law.
