Job Summary
The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager is responsible for designing and overseeing comprehensive, cross-departmental programs that drive new product initiatives from their initial concept all the way through to their launch. This role includes acting as a strategic partner to leadership, effectively managing the overall structure of programs and facilitating streamlined collaboration among engineering, hardware, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead programs that span multiple organizations for new product development.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to leadership, ensuring successful program execution.
- Promote simplified interactions and effective collaboration between engineering, hardware, and operations teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end structure of technical programs, ensuring alignment across departments.
Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in leading intricate technical programs across multiple organizations.
- Equivalent technical expertise to a senior or staff engineer.
- A proven history of effectively managing projects with unclear parameters and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong skills in resource forecasting and navigating complex program requirements.
