Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Portland, OR, with a hybrid work arrangement. This role will primarily focus on the heavy industrial sector, including semiconductor and industrial facilities. Candidates will be required to engage in virtual interviews as part of the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems for complex projects within the heavy industrial sector.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
- Develop detailed engineering documentation and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in structural design and analysis within heavy industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to structural engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
