Job description
The Senior Structures Engineer will take ownership of comprehensive lunar engineering initiatives, which encompass habitation modules, airlocks, and connecting nodes. This role involves leading the design process, CAD development, and conducting structural analyses for both primary and secondary structures, while also collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee mission success. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or scientific discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design tailored for aerospace or human-rated systems. Expertise in CAD, FEA, and GD&T is essential, along with a demonstrated history of managing hardware projects from the conceptual design phase through to testing and final delivery.
