Job Summary
The Supplier Quality Engineer will facilitate the development of supplier quality processes and ensure the effectiveness and dependability of essential components for Sentry autonomous surveillance systems. This role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams to oversee supplier performance, perform audits, and spearhead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Drive processes related to supplier quality development.
- Ensure reliability and performance of critical components for surveillance systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage supplier performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough audits of supplier processes and performance.
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering roles within aerospace or defense industries.
- Strong understanding of quality methodologies, including FMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
- Ability to secure a U.S. security clearance.
