Job Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer is tasked with guiding technical choices and architectural design for intricate electro-mechanical projects, managing the process from initial concept to final fabrication. This role is pivotal in ensuring that system-level requirements are met while also overseeing the integration and testing phases of projects. Additionally, the Senior Systems Engineer will provide mentorship to junior engineering team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical decision-making and project architecture for complex electro-mechanical initiatives.
- Manage and define system-level requirements effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of system integration and testing processes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff in their professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in an engineering-related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
- Proficiency in requirements management and technical risk assessment.
- Deep understanding of the complete product development lifecycle.
