Provide senior technical advice on WT-5 modernization, OPIR ground architecture integration, and the Space Modernization Initiative, assessing architectures, risks, testing, and transition to operational capabilities. Coordinate across Government, military, laboratory, and industry stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps and decision-ready recommendations that advance resilient missile warning and tracking capabilities. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least 15 years of aerospace or defense systems engineering experience, senior technical leadership on major DoD programs, and expertise in space systems, missile warning, and system integration. An active Top Secret clearance is required; an advanced degree, 20 or more years of experience, direct OPIR experience, and TS/SCI clearance are preferred or desired.
