Job description
**Principal**
The Principal oversees the leadership, coaching, and development of a high-achieving team of educators, ensuring adherence to licensing regulations. They are also responsible for promoting enrollment growth and nurturing a supportive school environment that prioritizes educational excellence and the success of children. Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or G.E.D. Furthermore, candidates need to satisfy particular education and experience criteria, which may include a CDA credential, a TCC/TCD in Early Childhood Education, or an Associate degree or higher accompanied by pertinent childcare experience.
