Job Summary
The Server plays a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to guests. This position involves serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options.
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and cleaning spills.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
