Job description
The technician will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of retail hardware, which includes point-of-sale systems, printers, and scales at multiple store locations. This role involves the deployment of new hardware and offering on-site IT assistance to address technical problems. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support and retail systems, with a preference for individuals with applicable certifications or degrees. Excellent communication abilities, a valid driver’s license, and the capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds are essential.
