Job description
The Service Manager plays a vital role in identifying tire problems, addressing customer service requests, and assigning tasks to maintain shop productivity. This position also involves monitoring inventory, conducting staff training, and following up on overdue accounts. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Having prior experience in management, sales, and the tire sector is highly desirable.
