**Service Manager**
The Service Manager is responsible for managing daily maintenance activities, which include organizing schedules, executing repairs, and leading the maintenance team. This role entails ensuring that the property adheres to company standards and complies with legal regulations through frequent inspections and oversight of vendors. Ideal candidates should possess expertise in general property repairs like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as a solid understanding of federal fair housing regulations.
