Job description
**Job Title:** Field Service Team Lead
In this role, you will guide and mentor a team of field service technicians, managing daily operational tasks and scheduling. Cultivate robust relationships with municipal clients and collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding service. The position requires a minimum of three years of leadership experience in field service, along with expertise in technical or industrial maintenance sectors. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and successfully complete background and drug tests.
