This role includes diagnosing technical issues, conducting customer training sessions, and overseeing the planning of spare parts to guarantee continuous operational efficiency. Applicants should have an associate degree or equivalent technical certification in a relevant engineering field, along with a maximum of 2 years of hands-on field service experience. It is crucial to have the ability to interpret technical schematics and possess robust troubleshooting capabilities for both mechanical and electrical systems.
