Job description
**Job Title: Business Analyst**
Facilitate client workshops to gather and articulate business requirements, transforming them into effective and scalable solutions using ServiceNow. Work in partnership with technical teams and stakeholders to guarantee alignment of processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. This position requires a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform. Candidates must be U.S. citizens eligible to obtain and uphold a Secret-level security clearance.
