**Job Title: Shell Casting Operator**
The Shell Casting Operator plays a crucial role in fabricating ceramic shells on wax assemblies using both manual dipping techniques and automated robotic systems. This position involves overseeing process parameters, ensuring the proper maintenance of ceramic slurries, and conducting regular equipment maintenance. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to successfully complete a drug screening and criminal background evaluation. The job entails the physical demands of standing for 10-hour shifts and lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
