**Job Title: Shelter Support Coordinator**
The Shelter Support Coordinator is responsible for delivering guidance and training to provider personnel to enhance rehousing services and optimize client results. This role involves performing site assessments, evaluating performance data, and identifying obstacles to housing placements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree alongside two years of pertinent experience in community work, or alternatively, a high school diploma paired with six years of experience. A minimum of one year of involvement in community-focused initiatives is necessary for all applicants.
