**Retail Shift Leader**
The Retail Shift Leader is in charge of managing daily activities such as overseeing inventory, handling cash register transactions, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained. This role includes supervising and mentoring team members to create a secure, tidy, and inviting atmosphere for shoppers. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in retail management and team supervision, along with skillful use of point-of-sale systems. The position necessitates flexibility in work hours and the physical ability to lift or transport items weighing more than 50 pounds.
