**Job Title: Director of Grants & Contract Compliance**
The Director of Grants & Contract Compliance plays a pivotal role in discovering and obtaining new funding opportunities while overseeing the entire lifecycle of grants and contracts. This position requires close collaboration with financial and program personnel to guarantee compliance, produce precise reports, and effectively execute funded initiatives. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent discipline and at least 5 years of expertise in either grants management or contract compliance. Proficiency in communication, writing, and analytical abilities is essential, as well as familiarity with federal and state regulations regarding grants.
