Job description
**Shift Leader**
As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, guiding team members, and delivering outstanding customer service at our car wash facility. Your responsibilities will include supervising equipment performance, ensuring the site remains clean and organized, and upholding safety regulations. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent. While prior experience in leadership roles, retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous, it is essential that candidates possess the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an outdoor environment.
