**Warehouse/Cooler Lead**
The Warehouse/Cooler Lead is responsible for guiding the team on a daily basis, overseeing the movement of inventory, and ensuring that all operational objectives are achieved in both the warehouse and cooler settings. This role includes scheduling staff, training team members, upholding safety and quality protocols, and conducting precise inventory audits. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of four years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or production settings, showcasing proven leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capability to acquire necessary equipment certifications are essential.
