**Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager**
The Quality Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the food safety, quality control systems, and employee safety initiatives at the facility. This position ensures adherence to regulatory standards, manages audit processes, facilitates corrective actions, and leads both the quality and safety teams. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in quality assurance and food safety management within the food or manufacturing sectors. A bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a similar discipline is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as HACCP, PCQI, and OSHA.
