Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Manager plays a vital role in upholding the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ensuring the effectiveness of all quality-related staff and equipment. This position involves supervising inspection methodologies, managing supplier quality interactions, and coordinating both internal and external audits to maintain adherence to company and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Supervise quality-related personnel and their activities.
- Manage the supplier quality assurance processes.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Ensure that all inspection processes meet the necessary quality standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Extensive experience with the ISO 9001 standard.
- Possession of an associate or bachelor degree in industrial or quality engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing settings.
