Job description
The Shift Leader oversees the daily functions of the restaurant, guaranteeing top-notch product quality and outstanding customer service while also ensuring profitability. They play a critical role in inventory management, implementing company policies, and adhering to all safety and legal regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED, with prior experience in a restaurant shift leadership role preferred. Applicants need to be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be willing to work flexible and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
