**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
Responsible for the upkeep and repair of facility equipment and assets by utilizing a range of trade skills such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Coordinate and address reactive repair work orders and ensure quick responses to urgent maintenance requests across various store locations. This position necessitates a high school diploma along with either a vocational certification and 3-5 years of experience or 6-7 years of pertinent trade experience. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is required, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs is essential.
