**Job Title: Mechanical Cost Estimator**
The ideal applicant will be tasked with generating mechanical cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and overseeing the financial dimensions of intricate mechanical building services. They will provide guidance to clients regarding procurement strategies, manage the prequalification of vendors, and supervise change orders during the construction phase. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or estimating within the construction sector. A solid understanding of construction contracts and technical elements, including procurement routes and value engineering, is essential. RICS accreditation will be regarded as a significant advantage.
