Job description
**Shift Leader**
The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, guaranteeing premium product quality and exceptional customer service while optimizing profitability. Key duties include inventory management, implementation of company policies, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and legal requirements. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess a reliable work history, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior experience in a shift lead role within the restaurant industry is advantageous.
