Job description
The Team Captain oversees the Apparel department, guiding team members, boosting sales, and creating a vibrant shopping environment for athletes. This role involves operational management, which includes upholding merchandising standards, handling inventory, and overseeing the entire teammate lifecycle—from hiring to performance enhancement. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer interaction. Experience in leadership is highly desirable to successfully direct store operations and enhance team performance.
