The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in guiding the store’s operations and fostering team engagement while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They are responsible for managing daily activities such as sales, maintaining cleanliness, training staff, and handling administrative tasks, including inventory management and financial deposits. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service environment.
