Job description
**Job Title: Accounting Team Lead**
The Accounting Team Lead is responsible for managing financial reporting, overseeing journal entries, and ensuring accurate account reconciliations, all while promoting a culture focused on accountability and ongoing enhancement. This role also includes support for both internal and external audits, compliance with regulatory reporting, and providing assistance in accounts payable processes. Applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with a minimum of 5 years of applicable accounting experience. Expertise in GAAP, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with general ledger systems are essential, with a preference given to candidates with experience in the banking or financial services sectors.
