Job description
The Shift Leader oversees the daily operations of the store, which includes guiding the team, managing inventory levels, and monitoring expenses. They are also tasked with ensuring exceptional customer service and keeping the store clean and well-organized. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation to and from the workplace. This position requires the ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 20 lbs, with a preference for candidates holding a ServSafe certification.
