This position is key in facilitating dependable coverage for clients, overseeing on-call schedules, and keeping precise documentation regarding client health and status. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in caregiving or patient care and hold a valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation. Effective communication, organizational abilities, and the capacity to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, are essential for this role.
