Job description
**Shift Leader**
The Shift Leader plays a key role in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring that quality and cleanliness benchmarks are met, and effectively controlling labor and inventory expenses. This position involves training and inspiring team members while upholding safety and security regulations. To qualify, candidates need to be 18 years of age or older and have a minimum of one year’s experience in shift management. Potential applicants should be prepared to pass both a background investigation and a drug test, as well as exhibit excellent leadership and communication abilities.
