Job description
**Job Title: Residential Supervisor**
The Residential Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functioning of a 50-bed post-detox residential facility, dedicated to creating a safe and secure atmosphere for residents. This position includes providing direct care to clients, overseeing staff, and implementing crisis intervention strategies while assisting clients in achieving their recovery objectives. Applicants should possess one to two years of supervisory experience in a residential or substance abuse treatment environment. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree. Additionally, candidates must be able to obtain CPR and CPI certifications.
