Job description
Shift Leaders play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the store, which includes guiding the team, upholding product quality, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, they are responsible for administrative functions like staffing, managing expenses, and controlling inventory levels. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and have strong leadership and communication abilities. A valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle are necessary for fulfilling delivery responsibilities.
