**Assistant Nurse Manager**
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical functions, staff performance, and resource distribution in the hospital’s operating room to guarantee exceptional patient care. This role involves managing adherence to regulations, ensuring readiness for emergencies, and leading strategic enhancement initiatives to uphold safety and operational effectiveness. Applicants must possess a Registered Nurse License in California and have a minimum of two years of experience in patient care. Furthermore, at least one year of leadership experience and an associate degree or higher in a related field are necessary.
