Job description
The Assistant General Counsel will supervise the evaluation, creation, and negotiation of commercial leases and associated real estate contracts. This role involves monitoring portfolio milestones, mitigating legal risks, and collaborating with leadership to enhance real estate strategies. Applicants are required to have a Juris Doctor degree and current membership in the New York State Bar. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the area of commercial real estate leasing is essential.
