Job description
The Shift Manager is tasked with supervising the restaurant’s daily functions, handling inventory management, and ensuring compliance with brand standards among team members. This role requires effective shift leadership, the ability to address customer concerns, and the maintenance of a safe, clean, and efficient work atmosphere. Applicants should hold a ServSafe certification and demonstrate robust leadership capabilities, alongside familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary to perform the responsibilities associated with this position.
