Job description
The Group Leader will oversee the performance of the department, manage staff, and engage in strategic planning initiatives. This role includes leading various projects, mentoring less experienced team members, and spearheading business development activities. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 7 years in consulting, along with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, is necessary.
