Job description
The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the restaurant, which includes handling opening and closing tasks while upholding exceptional quality and customer service standards. This position involves supervising, training, and assigning duties to team members to foster a productive and safe work atmosphere. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in the restaurant, retail, or customer service sectors and must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is desirable, and it is necessary to obtain ServSafe certification.
