**Job Title: Director of Human Resources**
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational initiatives of HR teams across a multi-state third-party logistics (3PL) and warehousing network. This position requires the development of HR frameworks, the management of new site integrations, and providing senior-level counsel to operational leadership. Ideal candidates will possess over 10 years of advancing HR experience, particularly within 3PL, logistics, or high-volume warehouse settings. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with a master’s degree and SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification being preferred.
