The Shift Manager is responsible for leading the store team and ensuring high standards of product quality and sanitation. They will also oversee daily operations, including interviewing and hiring staff to maintain a productive work environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid US driver’s license and a safe driving record. At least 1-2 years of management experience is preferred, along with a dependable vehicle and proof of insurance.
